Adopting temperature control of layered infrared heating and PLC individual adjustment ensures even heat distribution and makes blow molding easier. When heating temperature is unusual, the preform feeding device will pause automatically.

4. Color LCD screen PLC control panel can save technical data for container blowing. All parameters can be adjusted successively on touch screed during production. No need to stop the machine for adjustment.

6. Auto-link-locked system prevents machine from running under wrong conditions. Any mist ace appears in any motion, hints will be shown on the screen automatically. Meanwhile the machine will alarm and stop. It will restart as soon as the problem is settled down. Remote controlled computer controls all of the procedures. In case the user met problems in production, the manufacturer would be able to provide technical service through remote controlled computer.
